1/3 cup DESICCATED COCONUT (30 g)
6 WHOLE WALNUTS (30 g)
30 g ground blanched ALMONDS (30 g)
2 tbsp PUMPKIN SEEDS (24 g)
1 tbsp WHOLE LINSEEDS (14 g)
1/2 COCONUT MILK canned (125 g)
1/2 cup HOT WATER (125 g)
1 tsp ground CINNAMON (14 g)
1 handful BLUEBERRIES (24 g)
