Ingredients (2 portions)

  • 1/3 cup DESICCATED COCONUT (30 g)

  • 6 WHOLE WALNUTS (30 g)

  • 30 g ground blanched ALMONDS (30 g)

  • 2 tbsp PUMPKIN SEEDS (24 g)

  • 1 tbsp WHOLE LINSEEDS (14 g)

  • 1/2 COCONUT MILK canned (125 g)

  • 1/2 cup HOT WATER (125 g)

  • 1 tsp ground CINNAMON (14 g)

  • 1 handful BLUEBERRIES (24 g)

  • Put all ingredients apart from the berries in your food processor and blend. Put blueberries on top You can add sweetener if required.
